This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Product Portfolio Manager - Demo Specialist, you will be responsible for:


  • You will be working in partnership with field Product Specialist Executives (PSE's) to demonstrate the value of our portable x-ray machine in person and/or virtually

  • You will provide sales support to the PSE's throughout the sales cycle to ensure and increase customer satisfaction delivering handover through follow-up trainings to our Customers

  • You will provide clinical training and support to customers, as a subject matter expert, on-site and/or remotely to ensure customer is prepared to operate their equipment according to a minimum of safe and effective use guidelines and to fully utilize the complex functionality of the technology to meet their business needs

  • You will be responsible for providing documentation and argumentation for the sales team to support the sales process

  • You will work with the service team in discriminating between technical and application related problems

  • You will provide his/her knowledge to support our Customer in their clinical needs

  • You will collaborate with the sales team, customer services engineers and marketing in order to develop our customers needs

  • You will develop strategies to ensure post sale customer satisfaction

  • You will track, monitor and develop customer education's needs

  • You work effectively as a team, motivating colleagues and team members to produce the best results

  • You demonstrate clinical (RT) skills for advising and guiding complex customer environments

  • You possess high level of critical thinking in bringing successful resolution to high impact, complex and/or cross functional problems

  • You have knowledge of the organization and how to effectively motivate and push in the right direction

  • You have consultative sales experience

  • You have good PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)

  • Willingness to travel and flexibility is expected

  • You have very good presentation skills in the customer environment and you show team orientation, communication skills and customer orientation

Required skills to have for the success of this role


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

  • Certified ARRT (Radiography)

  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills

  • Minimum of 5-8 years clinical & customer relationship experience in the field of healthcare

  • Willing to travel up to 80%

The pay range for this position is $135,000 - $165,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The annual incentive target is 10 % of base pay. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
