This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Product Portfolio Manager - Demo Specialist, you will be responsible for:
You will be working in partnership with field Product Specialist Executives (PSE's) to demonstrate the value of our portable x-ray machine in person and/or virtually
You will provide sales support to the PSE's throughout the sales cycle to ensure and increase customer satisfaction delivering handover through follow-up trainings to our Customers
You will provide clinical training and support to customers, as a subject matter expert, on-site and/or remotely to ensure customer is prepared to operate their equipment according to a minimum of safe and effective use guidelines and to fully utilize the complex functionality of the technology to meet their business needs
You will be responsible for providing documentation and argumentation for the sales team to support the sales process
You will work with the service team in discriminating between technical and application related problems
You will provide his/her knowledge to support our Customer in their clinical needs
You will collaborate with the sales team, customer services engineers and marketing in order to develop our customers needs
You will develop strategies to ensure post sale customer satisfaction
You will track, monitor and develop customer education's needs

You demonstrate clinical (RT) skills for advising and guiding complex customer environments

You have consultative sales experience
You have good PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
Willingness to travel and flexibility is expected
You have very good presentation skills in the customer environment and you show team orientation, communication skills and customer orientation
Required skills to have for the success of this role
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
Certified ARRT (Radiography)
Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills
Minimum of 5-8 years clinical & customer relationship experience in the field of healthcare
Willing to travel up to 80%

The pay range for this position is $135,000 - $165,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
