Salary: $50.00 USD Hourly - $55.00 USD Hourly
Description:
Role Title: Business Data Analyst
Location: Remote
Duration: Contract
Work Hours: 8-5 CST, flexible across time zones
Role Summary:
Bridge between technology and business teams, facilitating business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements.
- Define business functions and evaluate output requirements.
- Analyze data and business processes to develop solutions.
- Ensure business rules and metrics are clear and measurable.
- Research and understand data elements and sources.
- Conduct data profiling and creation.
- Ensure requirements are clear, non-contradictory, and testable.
- Create and review artifacts for IT handoff.
- Develop QA and UAT plans, troubleshoot data issues, and ensure operational readiness.
Required Skills:
- SQL, JSON, Rally, MS Office
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years in data-related initiatives and business analysis
- Proficiency in complex SQL queries
- 3+ years of QA/UAT experience
Preferred Skills:
- Adobe Experience Platform, ETL, Healthcare data, Marketing/reporting, Communication, Project management, JSON, Azure, SAS
