Job Description:


As an Aerospace Systems Engineer, you will apply an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to lead activities in planning, designing, developing, and verifying complex lifecycle-balanced systems of systems and solutions. You will:

• Lead the evaluation of customer and operational needs to define system performance requirements, integrate technical parameters, and ensure compatibility of all physical, functional, and program interfaces.


• Conduct analyses to optimize total system of systems and/or system architecture.


• Perform analyses for affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, survivability, vulnerability, susceptibility, system security, regulatory compliance, certification, product assurance, and other specialty quality factors to ensure mission success.


• Lead, develop, maintain, and identify improvements in the planning, organization, implementation, and monitoring of requirements management processes, tools, risk, issues, opportunity management, and technology readiness assessment processes.

Top Skills/Knowledge Required:

Detailed knowledge of ARP4754 and experience applying it to aerospace vehicle development.

Proficiency in requirement development, management, and analysis using DOORS.

Expertise in operational and functional analysis.
