Description: Our client is currently seeking a Executive Assistant II

• Create a network within organisation to assist with setting up members
• Skills to communicate with Executive Level members of the organization
• Calendar management
• Travel management- will be complex travel
• Coordinate and facilitate team meetings
• Agendas and materials are ready for team meetings
• Coordinate all hands and team events
