Johnsonville, LLC Relief Crew Operator 2nd Shift Pay Range: $25.36/hr - $27.60/hr Hours: 12:10pm-9:00pm; Monday-Friday (Overtime as production demands) Position Overview: Countryside has been operating with a relief crew on our production lines during breaks and lunches since 2008. This concept has allowed us to keep our most efficient production lines operating at maximum capacity while giving our Members their needed breaks and TAILGATE meetings from the line. As a Member of the Relief Crew, you will rotate through various positions across the production floor beginning at approximately 6:00 am and continue through the shift. The start and end time could vary depending upon what position you hold and develop into within the Relief Crew and as production demands . Responsibilities:

• Manufacture "great tasting" sausage products that are enjoyed by millions of people around the world
• Work with a team to obtain World Class results in safety, Member development, OPE and other efficiencies
• Work with state-of-the-art technology

Skills and Competencies:

• Take ownership for your own personal safety and the safety of all Members working around you
• Attitude has consistently demonstrated Johnsonville Way behaviors
• Previous or current experience as either a stuffer; case packer; wrapping machine operator; or grinder is preferred.
• Mechanical ability to troubleshoot production equipment (e.g. stuffers and grinders)
• Demonstrated ability to lead other Members and work without direct supervision
• Ability to document job responsibilities and be part of writing and maintaining DPS programs for equipment
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Excellent attendance and performance record
• Necessity and ability to learn and share learning with others
• Ability and openness to work in other production line/rooms within the facility when this specific line is not running production
• Must be willing and able to learn, perform, and complete blocks for a minimum of two (2) dedicated positions as needed for the team
• Strong ability and willingness to adjust quickly to diverse and/or hectic situations
