The primary responsibilities of this position are working within the Administrative Group of the Business Operations team to provide administrative support to meet the needs of the office. This position is full-time and located in downtown Los Angeles in a collaborative team environment. We currently offer a hybrid model of in-office and at-home work.
Primary Responsibilities.
Event Coordination: Maintaining master calendar for all office events. Send out appropriate notifications for upcoming events and oversee meeting logistics (e.g., locating venue, inviting attendees, ordering food, assisting with post-meeting clean up, etc.).
Pickup, sorting, and delivery of daily mail.
Taking down outgoing mail and FedEx shipments.
Processing incoming transmittals.
Assist with preparation of outgoing transmittals and sending out plans/documents via messenger, overnight shipping services, and mail.
Maintain and update office library and associated index.
Assist with conference room reservation system.
Assist with ordering and stocking supplies.
Upload project photos.
Miscellaneous office tasks as needed.

Familiarity with Construction Industry is a bonus.
A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

The salary range for this position is $56,000 to $64,000 depending on education and experience.
