The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for control and maintenance of inventory as it relates to Stock. Must communicate with the Inventory Control Manager and Quality Manager; research and create detailed reports; implement and help Inventory Control Manager monitor all procedures and processes as they relate to Inventory Control. Ensue procedures, work instructions and reference guides are maintained and current.

Essential Functions
Inventory Control
Inventory Control Coordinator must ensure that all inventory control holds are properly recorded, product placed in a secure area and detailed information is provided on a timely basis for disposition.
Will ensure that lot reconciliation and internal records for product retrieval are properly documented and recorded.
B usiness Development
Participate in facility tours or meetings with prospects when necessary.
Customer Satisfaction
Maintain a good relationship with customers by responding to all inquiries and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner.
Report customer feedback to management, including any signs of dissatisfaction.
Quality
Implement and promote continuous improvement utilizing established quality processes (ISO, customer, etc) and through active participation in High Performance Work Team.
Understand and meet all customer quality goals and indices.
Make recommendations regarding continuous improvement of department work processes and operating procedures.
Assist Inventory Control Manager in preparing, work instructions, hazardous materials shipping papers, reference guides and any other duties as assigned to meet ISO requirements.
Reporting/Measurements
Prepare any reports concerning Quarantine, Holds, Expired product, Return Goods and Recall product activities as required.
Hazardous Waste Processing
Pending staffing needs the teammate may be provided RCRA training for the processing of hazardous waste.
This includes identification waste, proper labeling, knowledge of the locations of the hazardous and satellite accumulation waste areas, processing of shipping papers, inspection of areas and following all regulations regarding the disposal of hazardous waste.
Cross Training
Become knowledgeable with the responsibilities of the other positions within the department.
Assist as required and act as backup at times of absence or vacation.
This requires being cross trained in additional functions of the department and may require training to operate equipment.
Safety/Sanitation/Housekeeping
Lean manufacturing processes including 5S must be followed at all times.
Keep warehouse and work area clean, neat and orderly.
Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse and conduct all activities in a manner that promotes a safe environment.
All injuries and accidents must be reported immediately to a supervisor or manager.
Miscellaneous / Other
All Teammates are responsible for full participation in the daily stretching program.
Participate in physical inventories.
Perform other miscellaneous duties as required.

Job Specifications
High School diploma/GED or equivalent 1-year relevant experience required.
Must pass all company administered tests with satisfactory skills.
PC skills are required, and type.
Interpersonal and communication skills are required.
Ability to read and write English.
Ability to add, subtract and multiply
Ability to operate and/or drive all required equipment
Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift, stand on a regular basis and to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently.
Manual dexterity.
Good judgment.
Ability to speak and hear.
