Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate individual to join us as a Demand Planner for Power Systems North America. This role presents an exceptional opportunity to be fully involved in the end-to-end supply chain planning processes, acting as the critical link between customer forecasts, supply plans, and inventory projections.

What will you do?


  • Accountable for running Distribution Requirement Planning and building the Supply Plan across all ETO plants

  • Lead SIOP Offers & Demand reviews with NAM countries business and financial teams

  • Prepare and lead end-to-end Supply Reviews and DSR weekly reviews

  • Proactively identify manufacturing supply risks and propose mitigation plans

  • Plan and ensure inventory ramp up/down linked to strategic inventory and events

  • Define and update Replenishment Strategy and Supply Chain Parameters

  • Communicate effectively with partners to simplify complex situations

  • Bring a positive customer impact through optimized inventory projections and supply risk mitigation


What qualifications will make you successful?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Statistics, Economics, Operations, or Business

  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning

  • Good understanding of End-to-End Supply Chain Planning and global supply chain concepts

  • Experience in Kinaxis, SAP, and Tableau

  • Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail

  • Ability to understand business practices and recommend automation opportunities
