Up to $115K base + bonus

5+ years' experience in NYC residential property management

About the roles:
Client and Resident Interaction: Engage with property owners, asset managers, business partners, and residents to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
Financial Oversight: Participate in monthly budgeting and forecasting, process invoices, manage vendor payments, analyze financial patterns to make recommendations.
Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day property operations, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring timely and accurate communication with all stakeholders.
Contract and Vendor Management: Negotiate and manage service contracts, supervise contractors, and ensure compliance with agreements and safety standards.
Staff Supervision and Compliance: Direct and schedule staff, set goals, ensure policy compliance, and handle commissions and disputes for and with leasing representatives.
