Holman is currently accepting applications for the role of Treasury Analyst.
Principal Purpose of Position:
Support in the development, preparation, and review of monthly Treasury Reports
Prepares currency and interest rate risk management monthly analysis
Responsible for maintaining company collateral in accordance with deal activity
Maintain Company Expense tracking model related to all fees paid for financings to include upfront fees and ongoing fees
Ensures compliance with internal controls
Gathers, researches, and analyzes data from multiple business sources to support preparation of various compliance and adhoc reporting. Work closely with internal constituents to understand, prepare, and review scheduled compliance reporting; promptly, effectively, and accurately respond to questions from lenders
Support migration of servicer reports to automated tools (i.e. ABS Suite)
Actively participate in bank, investor and management meetings
Maintain all entity documents; aid in satisfaction of all KYC requests from lending partners
Understand and interpret legal documentation to model and monitor performance measurements for current facilities by providing tools, data, and recommendations
Work closely with the accounting and funding desk team to manage intercompany loans, including monthly rates and balances, loan documents, dependency thresholds and potential impacts on covenants and metrics
Conduct ad hoc research and create reports and presentations for use by management both internally and externally
Develop comprehensive financial analysis based on discussions with management and lenders
Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
Education and/or Training:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field.
Relevant Work Experience:
1-3 years of Finance experience in a Corporate setting; Treasury experience preferred
Advanced proficiency with MS Office; advanced Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint.
Solid understanding of cash management, bank loan, and treasury products
Familiar with financial statements
Strong analytical skills; able to conduct quantitative analysis and communicate findings
Solid understanding of reading and negotiating financing documents and structures

Pay:
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $56,400.00 - $81,775.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
