Job Description:
The Urology Associate Professor specialized in Reproductive Medicine is a key faculty member responsible for teaching, research, and clinical care in the field of urology with a focus on reproductive health. This role requires a deep understanding of urological conditions affecting fertility and reproductive function, as well as expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of male infertility.

The Desai Sethi Urology Institute at the University Of Miami Miller School Of Medicine is experiencing a period of expansion and is seeking exceptional candidates to join the faculty. DSUI is recruiting an Associate Professor level candidates to serve as the Director of Reproductive Urology The Associate Professor will be appointed as a member of the full-time faculty of the Department of Urology reporting directly to the Chairman
Function as an attending physician at University of Miami Hospital and Clinics (UMHC), Jackson Memorial Hospital (JMH), and Veterans Administration Medical Center (VAMC) including responsibility for coverage of inpatient and outpatient cases as well as operating room supervision of residents and outpatient clinics in the Ambulatory Care Centers. Perform clinical activities through the University of Miami Medical Group (UMMG) clinical practice plan as well as supervise and teach residents and fellows both in inpatient and outpatient settings. This includes surgical activities at UMHC, JMH, and VA. Will also provide Urology in-patient consultations and emergency on-call.
Qualifications:
M.D. from accredited medical school, completion of approved urology residency training program, licensed or eligible for Florida license to practice medicine, Board-certified/Board-eligible in urology.
Fellowship training or extensive experience in Reproductive Medicine and Male Infertility.
Demonstrated expertise in clinical care, teaching, and research in urology and reproductive medicine.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Commitment to excellence in patient care, education, and scholarly activity.
