Walraven is seeking an Injection Customer Service Coordinator to join our team! Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for providing exemplary customer service to Walraven's customers by giving customers accurate information.
What you will do:
Answer customer technical product inquiries
Listen and respond to customer complaints
Invoice customers based on shipments
Process orders placed by customers
Provide quotes on products with lead times
Provide order confirmations with updated lead times with the assistance of production and logistics
Negotiate with logistics companies
Communicate backorders or delays to customers
Provide support for inside sales
Skills and Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Great customer service skills
Familiar with computer and simple ERP system
Physical Demands and Abilities:
This position requires sitting and occasional standing and walking around facility
Employee must be able to lift a minimum of 20lbs
The position also requires the use of computers and office equipment
