Location: 100% Onsite in Saint Paul
Pay: $58k-$65k
Job Duties:
Oversee daily office operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, filing systems, and inventory management.
Assist with HR activities as needed, including maintaining employee records and supporting recruitment processes.
Manage office supply orders and inventory to ensure all materials are stocked and accessible.
Serve as the point of contact for issues related to phone systems, security, IT services, and office equipment.
Provide exceptional customer service by managing incoming calls, emails, and resolving customer inquiries or complaints.
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and maintaining office records.
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Support the management team in identifying opportunities for operational improvements.
Manage office space planning, including workstation changes and space optimization.
Ensure the functionality of office equipment and manage relationships with vendors for maintenance and supply needs.
Perform other duties as assigned by management and be flexible with working hours as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; or 2-4 years of office management experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software; ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail, consistency, and a strong work ethic.
Good judgment, with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects and workflows.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities with a positive attitude.
