Job Description:

Job Title: Administrative Assistant


Location: 100% Onsite in Minneapolis


Pay: $25-$32/hour

• Manage office operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable


• Assist with HR activities


• Order office supplies and manage inventory.


• Manage a multi-line phone system


• Address and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and complaints.


• Process orders, forms, and requests while contributing to team objectives.


• Collaborate with the team to identify process improvement opportunities.


• Provide administrative support to the office team


• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or 2+ years of administrative experience


• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service focus.


• Detail-oriented with great attention to detail.


• Experience in project planning and organization.


• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
