What You'll Do:



  • Human Resources: Manage employee records, assist with recruitment and onboarding, handle employee inquiries, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.


  • Payroll: Process payroll accurately and on time, handle payroll-related inquiries, and maintain payroll records.


  • Accounts Payable: Manage accounts payable functions, including processing invoices, verifying accuracy, and ensuring timely payments.

  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless administrative operations.

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.


What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in human resources, payroll, and accounts payable, preferably in a healthcare or long-term care setting.
