What you'll do...


Join Walmart's End-to-End Supply Chain team as we continue to revolutionize our network with cutting-edge technology and equipment. The West Coast regional maintenance leader will be responsible for Material Handling and Building Equipment over multiple sites in the region.


What You'll Do:


  • Manage and improve maintenance programs for MHE equipment including PIT equipment (powered industrial trucks), and HFC (hydrogen fuel cells) powered lifts.

  • Ensure the electrical health of our network, by implementing predictive maintenance programs including thermal scanning and ARC flash programs

  • Oversee electrical upgrades for enhancements in field sites.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address equipment issues, working closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely resolution.

  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes and programs to ensure peak reliability and that equipment downtime is limited.



What You'll Bring:

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering, or related field.

  • A proven track record of delivering results.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Experience with building maintenance programs for PIT, HFC, MHE and electrical equipment.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
