Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all federal, state and local elevator industry code requirements
Compares spec to abstract to ensure that manufactured product is following specifications including fixture & cab submittal packages to and from customer
Ensures that coordination meetings are held on a weekly basis and that branch personnel are prepared
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
A high school diploma or GED is required
Previous experience in elevator installation and modernization is preferred
Good mechanical reasoning & comprehension skills necessary
Demonstration of excellent project management and conflict resolution skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills along with strong managerial leadership skills are also necessary
