The Employee Effectiveness Intern will be responsible for assisting the Business Transformation Team with projects starting in spring of 2025.
Areas of Learning/Responsibilities
Learning content development - Gain insights into identifying corporate-wide learning content and managing content creation. Assist Subject Matter Experts in training content layout within PowerPoint.
Learning management - Assist in managing corporate-wide learning within ORBIS University. This may include scheduling trainings, building SharePoint pages and creating content courses within our LMS platform, Workday and editing training videos in Camtasia.
Knowledge gap identification - Assist in communicating with sales leaders to identify individual required learnings, based on knowledge gaps of team.
Qualifications
Must be an undergraduate student currently enrolled in a full-time academic program from an accredited college or university majoring in Organizational Development, Marketing or other related degree.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills and business professionalism
Team player with an interest in working with people regularly
Self-starter with the ability to effectively manage your time
Communication skills - verbal and written
Passion for Corporate Learning or Training
Microsoft Office Suite experience (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) preferred
Experience in video editing preferred but not required
