Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a CampusRecruiter.
Position type: Full-time, Contract
Duration: 12 Month
Location: Mid Atlantic Region / Mid West Region (Mostly Remote)
As a CampusRecruiter II you will:
Responsible for high volume full life-cycle recruiting for assigned clients.
Based on business needs, source candidates and develop diverse slates of candidates.
Interview candidates to determine knowledge, skills, and abilities compared to job scope and requirements.
Evaluate candidate fit to company needs and make recommendation to hiring managers based on these interviews.
Manage candidate experience including positioning the opportunity & company, administer technical exercises, phone screens, coordinate interview schedules, administer pre-employment assessments, summarize feedback, make hiring recommendations, and manage the offer process.
Manage position vacancies using an applicant tracking system (ATS): posting vacancies, searching the database, reviewing resumes, forwarding resumes and maintaining candidate activity.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business related field or Human Resources discipline, 5-7 years of experience in high volume full life cycle recruiting, preferably in a corporate environment.
Prefer industry experience.

Experienced in Hiring Intern from University/national diversity / Career fair
Bachelor's IN HR OR related field preferred / Can consider relevant experience

Busy attending Fairs, conferences
Strong communication skills
Comfortable with travelling to university, job fairs and conferences; once in a week
2-3 events in a month
ATS: ICIMS (Preferred)
Major University location: Mid-west, mid atlanta, Illinois, Chicago, Pennsylvania, Mid-Atlantic, New Jersey, Maryland, Pennsylvania etc.
The ideal candidate will have: 5 years of Campus Recruiting experience, and ATS: ICIMS Exp (Preferred).

Pay Range*:$30-36 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
