This position will conduct a variety of information technology (IT) and information management (IM) activities. This role is contingent on contract award.Job Responsibilities: Participate in working groups focusing on cyber security issues relating to IT systems and devices. Review and respond to action items addressing IT and security related issues. Assist, as directed, in the management of system and software applications to support Knowledge Management, Information Management and Task Management activities. Assist in requirements collection and analysis, identifying software applications meeting requirements, configuring the application(s) for usage, training plan development and end-user training. Conduct research and identify cyber security focused articles, technical reviews and technical guidance articles for Knowledge Management. Identify and collect cyber security focused knowledge articles, technical reviews, and technical guidance articles from various sources, as well as the Internet, to be posted on the existing blog or website. Respond to taskings relating to cyber security issues from the Front Office.Required Skills and Experience: Current TS/SCI + polygraph. Experience with Information Management. Experience with project management. Experience with system or process evaluations, to include identifying measures or indicators of system or process performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system or process. Experience with requirements collection, analysis and definition. Experience with configuration management. Experience using software such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, or similar applications to create user stories, plan sprints, or track work requirements. Experience with creating professional presentations using Power Point, MS Word, Excel and Visio.Desired Skills: Experience serving operational missions in an operational or technical capability. Experience performing complex problem management research and issue resolution with the Sponsors infrastructure. Experience creating project plans, managing project scope, schedule and budget. Experience working closely and cooperatively with varied counterparts. Experience with fostering and facilitating strategic partnerships across organizational boundaries to positively impact delivery. PMP Certification.
