In this highly critical role, we are looking for someone with in-depth experience in Sourcing process excellence, including category strategy development and e-sourcing system management (Ariba).
Reporting Relationship/ Team Management:
This role will report directly to the Senior Director, Procurement COE. This role will be an individual contributor.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities of this role will be mainly 3 parts: end-to-end Sourcing process, sourcing tool of record management (Ariba), and category strategy development
Manage all Procurement sourcing calendars under the CPO and provide regular updates to the Procurement Leadership Team (PLT) on opportunity pipeline status and estimate
Manage a series of sourcing strategy templates as well as category strategy templates and ensure knowledge management is up to date. Develop ad hoc templates as needed
Assist category teams in long-term planning and building category strategy through work sessions and provide support for category leaders driving change initiatives
Provide basic cost modeling insights and direct teams to category intelligence sources
Develop and maintain the sourcing policy and approval matrix
Act as the SME for the e-sourcing system and oversee system performance, including but not limited to: facilitating cross-functional sourcing events/e-auctions set-up, supporting new vendor risk screening, as well as hosting local/department training
Be the main point of contact for Ariba e-sourcing with IDS and vendor when it comes to system performance issues and product roadmap to ensure contract compliance
Be the liaison with the Procure-to-Pay team for Guided Buying related activities
Own the category segmentation for all Procurement and relevant RACI when it comes to category roles, TBA roles, as well as stakeholders when it comes to category strategy development
Requirements
Bachelor Degree required, MBA preferred
Must have experience in developing category strategy or sourcing strategy
8-12 years of Procurement and/or sourcing experience, or experience in using purchasing systems (Ariba, Zycus, Ivalua, Jaggaer, or Coupa)
5+ years of change management experience, managing cross-functional projects or large change initiatives
Team player
Ability to comprehend stakeholder needs effectively, communicate development plans, and track progress milestones
Bilingual in English and Spanish will be a plus.
Knowledge/Skills
Change management skillsets and the ability to influence at all levels
Open to feedback and suggestions for individual development and team management
Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills. Organizes information in a way that facts or ideas build upon one another to lead the audience to a specific conclusion.

Physical Requirements/Other
Must be able sit and/or stand for long periods, and work on a computer for extended periods.
Primary work environment is within a corporate office setting.
Ability to travel commercially.
Domestic and international travel required, up to 30% annually on an ad hoc basis
Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.

$108,600.00 - $169,900.00This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. Our compensation is based on cost of labor. For remote locations or positions open to multiple locations, the pay range may reflect several US geographic markets, including the lowest geographic market minimum to the highest geographic market maximum. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
