Bilingual Front Desk Coordinator Orthodontic Dental Office
Required: Bilingual preferred
Certifications: CPR required
Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Travel Requirements: iKids Viridian Ortho on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays; Braces of Waxahachie on Wednesdays and Thursdays

Position Overview:
iKids Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics is seeking a dynamic Front Desk Coordinator for our orthodontic dental office. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage all front office functions, ensuring that our patients, parents, and guardians are always the top priority.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and a welcoming atmosphere.
Manage patient appointments, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
Assist with insurance verification, billing, and collection of payments.
Maintain patient records and ensure all necessary documentation is complete and up-to-date.
Support the team with general office tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in a professional, medical, or dental setting with direct customer service preferred.
Specific Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills; able to establish positive working relationships with patients and staff.
Ability to travel regularly between office locations.
Strong customer service orientation; maintains a pleasant and professional demeanor in all interactions.
Effective verbal and written communication with all staff, patients, and management.
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with PC applications and adaptability to learn new software programs as required.
