Create SSOs for everyday replenishment, new product launches, and feature/tab orders.
Action 3rd party merchandiser and zero sales reports
Analyze data to identify trends with low/out of stock items, develop plans to resolve the situation and implement the plan.
Provide team a weekly recap of pending reprints and status of new product launch orders
Manage inventory for incremental opportunities
Execute a weekly inventory review and make forecast / replenishment adjustments
Plan and execute proactive shipments to support promotional activity and seasonal spikes.
Manage replenish-able inventory reserve at InComm DC, maintaining weekly inventory reports and submitting reprint requests as needed.
Determine root causes of inventory exceptions, taking action to ensure product availability
Manage inventory and manage orders
Ensure new items are set-up, forecasted, tracked and replenished properly.
Ad hoc sales & replenishment analysis.
Qualifications
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
Skills using SQL. SQL coding not required but a plus
PowerBI experience a plus
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, related curriculum or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 2 years relevant replenishment or inventory analysis experience, preferably with a national retailer vendor.
Excellent attention to detail and timely responsiveness to internal and external requests.
Able to analyze large amounts of data quickly and provide actionable recommendations.
Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills; technical, analytical, decision making and problem solving skills to influence customer contacts.
Positive attitude and an ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, self-prioritizing workload in a fast paced, team-oriented work environment.
Able to manage expectations and develop strong working relationships with customers both inside and outside the organization.
Strong understanding of forecasting.
