Your Role:
P&L ownership - drive processes, investment strategies, balance portfolio positioning to ensure top and bottom-line profitability expansion in line with strategic & annual planning
Deliver global as well as regional strategies to (ApeC & China) to ensure targeted strategic approach across regions as well as customer segments. Provide clear customer segmentation with tailored GtM strategies and tactical plans to drive sales and market share growth
Accountable for leading the definition and implementation of the product line strategy, long-range (product) portfolio plans and life cycle of portfolio for area of responsibility
Define innovation strategy and own execution including product roadmap leverage business development to develop efficient licensing, partnership, and acquisition strategies to address gaps and supplement existing portfolio
Accountable for product positioning based on application and customer needs, and align with stakeholders on GTM approach, ensure strategy adaption and segment share growth & long-term customer satisfaction
Define and implement product offering simplification with tiered approach, define standard, modular design and customized offering including value proposition and GtM approach. Implement across all stakeholder groups (commercial, ISCO, R&D)
Own Pricing Strategy for specific portfolio responsibility and demonstrate agility to evaluate and approve pricing strategies, own list pricing and deliver pricing strategy to ensure margin expansion and site utilization with balanced price-volume decision framework, provide and communicate clear pricing strategy to commercial teams
Lead with a strong focus on collaboration and customer centricity in a highly complex matrix environment.
Alignment and High Degree of interaction with R&D, Strategy, Quality, Supply chain, Manufacturing, Commercial and external partners with special focus on quality improvement, lead time reduction and cost improvement programs to be steered with the ISCO organization
Define regional supply strategy and improve utilization across the supply network with focus on Wuxi, China and Molsheim
Participate in Leadership team meetings and strategic planning including setting objectives and strategies as well as take accountability for implementation for results
Represent the area of responsibility in internal and external meetings, conferences and events

Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Scientific experience
7+ years' experience in either a professional expert or managerial role
3+ years managing a team
7+ years of product management experience or equivalent
Ability to travel internationally (up to 20%)
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters, MBA, or PhD preferred
Strong understanding of the Life Science and bioprocessing business and industry
Experience in crafting strategy and getting results
Experience in driving global business and GtM strategy with a strong background of driving programs with focus on financial results
Strong strategic and analytical skills, including the ability to build and interpret business and market data and derive strategic plans and actions
Able to navigate ambiguity and provide direction and clarity across the stakeholder groups in a highly dynamic and fast paced environment to drive execution and deliver results
Proven track record of building and developing successful teams in a direct management position, matrix is a must
Ability to collaborate and lead within a complex international network of functions and stakeholders (Commercial, R&D, Field Services, Quality, Operations)
