What You Will Do:

We have an exciting opportunity to join our business as a Sr Product Marketing Manager. This role will be based in the UK and play a crucial role in fostering alignment among key stakeholders in Marketing, Product Management, Finance, and Sales to design, shape, communicate, and launch RLDatix’s portfolio of solutions to our prospective and existing customers.

We seek a passionate marketer who wants to get out and talk to customers, understand the market segments, competitive landscape, and how we can solve problems and add value in a differentiated way. It will require strong communication and influencing skills along with the ability to work collaboratively across marketing, product, sales, finance, and services. You will be responsible for driving various initiatives that support innovation, product launches, penetration, and adoption to contribute to the revenue growth in our international regions. A broader list includes:

· Market segmentation

· Gathering market requirements through the voice of the customer

· Establishing references

· Developing solution launch strategies and overseeing execution

· Aligning on market messages for campaigns and demand generation

· Working closely with product management to align with innovation priorities

· Facilitating sales enablement, positioning, and understanding or win-loss data

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of healthcare experience, marketing creativity, and technical savviness with a strategic mindset. Ideal candidate will understand the healthcare B2B market and excel at delivering market opportunity and business assessments. Knowing your market deeply, you will develop competitive positioning, key value messaging, and compelling content that truly resonates with our customers. You are driven to develop successful launch plans and marketing campaigns, while offering ongoing sales enablement / thought leadership through the development and management of ROI focused marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

· Be a product marketing expert and align with the UK, Europe, and ANZ regions to ensure:

o Market knowledge: Conduct market research, capture market insights, understand market segmentation and buyer personas, and define target audiences.

o Competitive Insights: Conduct competitive analysis to understand trends, curate competitive intel, develop and share key insights, define differentiators, and adjust positioning and messaging where required.

· Customer Knowledge: Understand RLDatix customers and their needs, pain points, and how to speak to them. Gather their feedback through calls, emails, NPS/KLAS reports, surveys, and other channels. Work closely with the Product team to align product offerings with customer needs and competitive differentiators. Collaborate with customer success to develop and maintain reference customers across all solution areas and market segments.

  • Create an annual marketing plan and budget, aligned with AOP sales targets, and oversee its execution and performance.
  • GTM - Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for product offerings aligned with key market segments:

· Develop clear and compelling value propositions, messaging, and positioning for all solutions within the RLDatix Governance pillar, ensuring consistent and differentiated messages that map to buyer needs, personas, and influencers along the customer journey.

· Develop engagement and adoption strategies and tactics to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption, measured by MQL, MOP and MOB.

· Support the development and delivery of webinars / speaking engagements that evangelize our products and offerings across our target markets.

· Build compelling content (whitepapers, materials, videos, blogs, case studies, etc.) to communicate our differentiators, as well as other materials to support sales enablement efforts.

· Product launch – Introduce new products to market by leading the end-to-end product launch playbook, working closely with product, sales, marketing, and other functional teams to refine strategies and tactics, obtain early customer validation, accelerate adoption and deliver customer success, as measured by reference customers, pipeline growth and NPS scores.

· Sales enablement – Develop materials that enable our sales and leadership teams communicate value across buyer personas, including pitch decks, proposal templates, one-pagers, RFP responses, etc.

Experience/Knowledge/Competencies You Will Need:

· 7+ years of product marketing experience in a healthcare tech company

· Background in SaaS based healthcare applications and technologies

· Strong analytical skills and business acumen supported by a health, business or technical college / university level degree

· Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical requirements into market facing materials

· Demonstrable experience positioning and launching differentiated healthcare B2B software that meets / exceeds business expectations

· Experience leading marketing growth strategies for specific products / portfolios

· Expert understanding of how software products are positioned, promoted, and sold

· Willingness to travel 10-20%
