We are seeking masters-level and doctoral students majoring in Clinical Sciences, Molecular biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biology, Molecular Biology, Business disciplines, or a related field for a 12-Week Student Intern role with 2 openings in Gaithersburg, MD for a May 19th - August 8th contract period.

Breast Cancer - Antibody Drug Conjugates Project
Participate in, and significantly contribute to, projects undertaken by the ADC Breast Cancer Medical Affairs Team in order to generate externally-facing assets and materials that are intended to provide education to clinicians on the safe and appropriate use of our ADC and general unmet need.
Execute a mentor- and team-guided but appropriately independent project related to key areas of focus for the ADC Breast new indications and in support of new indication launch(es)
Collaborate cross-functionally with key internal stakeholders to accomplish goals and execute tasks, with the expectation that the intern will be able to develop and foster relationships with those stakeholders, contributing to both their executional effectiveness and network-building.
Diagnostics Project
Work with the USMA Breast Diagnostics Lead, the cross-functional colleagues, and 3rd Party vendors towards the organization of a series of Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) roundtables as a part of pre-launch initiatives.
Support in generating KOL-facing materials for gathering insights.
Help the collaborative programs set by the department
GI Cancers - Medical Affairs Project
Support GI team in communicating clinical evidence strategy across the portfolio to internal as well as select external audience
Analyze key customer sentiment and mapping data ahead of a major product launch that will guide the field-based teams to target their efforts in understanding the landscape and ensuring a successful launch
Build a tool for scientific congress planning to ensure consistency across the advanced plan aligned with strategy priorities
Position Requirements:
Masters-level and doctoral students majoring in Clinical Sciences, Molecular biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biology, Molecular Biology, Business disciplines, or a related field.
Candidates must have an expected graduation date after August 2025.
Any experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech or other commercial environment, or demonstrated interest in it, is a plus.
Knowledge and skills of AI based tools is a plus
Ability to understand and summarize scientific information are required
Enthusiasm for collaboration, cross-functional projects, public speaking, and presentation design.
US Work Authorization is required at time of application.
This role will not be providing CPT/OPT support.
Ability to report onsite to Gaithersburg, MD 3-5 days a week. This role will not provide relocation assistance.
Minimum grade point average of 3.0
