Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Kennesaw, GA that is seeking a Senior Analyst.

Responsibilities:

• Senior Analyst will assess issues and provide solutions for problems that cannot be handled by Tier 1


• Create and maintain documentation and knowledge base articles


• Research problems and partner with outside teams for resolution


• As a Senior Analyst, you will assist with the administration of computer security policies and vulnerability checks using established policies and procedures


• Assist with the implementation of tactical projects and software releases using predefined project methodologies


• Provide 24x7 support for critical production systems

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ year degree in IT related course of study


• 4+ years of experience within the IT industry


• 4+ years of experience in Windows Operating Systems, Windows, IP based networks, Microsoft Office products, MAC OS and peripheral equipment


• Experience implementing and maintaining highly secure infrastructure solutions


• Experience with multiple hardware software platforms


• Windows 10 and 11


• MAC OS


• Microsoft Office 365


• Support of Network and Wireless Infrastructure


• Mobile Devices


• Virtual Desktops


• Basic PowerShell knowledge


• Excellent written and oral communication skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
