Health and Wellness:

Founded in 1819, Colgate is a small, highly selective residential liberal arts college for students of talent who are preparing for lives of leadership and productive citizenship. To date, the Campaign for the Third Century has raised over $600M towards this goal.
The Office of Annual Giving helps alumni, families, students, and friends contribute directly to the Colgate experience through support of financial aid, student life initiatives, academic programs, research projects, the arts, athletics, and more. The Annual Giving team is charged with boosting the alumni giving rate, meeting Colgate Fund goals ($10M in FY24) and driving Presidents' Circle membership including family and student membership. They achieve this goal through marketing, volunteer engagement, outreach, and events.
The Assistant Director, Annual Giving (Leadership Giving Society focus) is responsible for working closely with the AVP for Alumni and Parent Giving to develop and execute strategy for three of Colgate's key leadership giving societies - the Presidents' Circle, Women's Leadership Council, and Parents' Steering Committee. This position is also responsible for working with and managing alumni volunteers for classes approaching their 25th Reunion. Specifically, this position is:
-Accountable for creative programming and management of the aforementioned giving societies. Responsible for effective identification, recruitment, management, training, stewardship and engagement of volunteers associated with each group.
-Accountable for creation and delivery of programs and events to strengthen connection and philanthropic engagement of members of the three societies.
-Accountable for effective identification, recruitment, management, training, and engagement of alumni volunteers for 25th Reunion classes. Responsible for developing a leadership giving pipeline for alumni approaching their 25th Reunion.
