Co-op: An 8-month long opportunity, Co-op positions are a full-time employment experience. Co-ops are fully immersed into the worlds of corporate and production industry as a full-time team member.
Internship: A semester long opportunity, Internships positions are a part-time employment experience. With the opportunity to extend multiple semesters, Interns tap into the foundations of our corporate and production industries.
Co-op and Intern opportunities span across 18 of Bobcat's different functions.
This student experience position will be located at our West Fargo, ND location.
Role & Responsibility
Actively collaborate to contribute to the optimization of pricing strategies for enhanced profitability and growth
Engage in the development and refinement of pricing strategies that harmonize profitability objectives with business expansion goals, considering cost structure, market dynamics, customer behaviors, and competitive positioning
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify product positioning and gaining insights that inform pricing decisions
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of Power BI dashboards that highlight pricing trends and insights
Exhibit out-of-the-box thinking and proposing innovative approaches to drive profitability and growth
Demonstrate exceptional communication and presentation skills to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Cultivate a proactive approach, showcasing a willingness to learn and engage in a collaborative environment
Job Requirement
Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
Be able to commit to Bobcat for the entire term of the internship (4-months) or co-op (8 months)
Interest in pricing strategies, market trends, and competitive dynamics
Strong familiarity with Excel, including advanced functions, macros, and data manipulation
Familiarity with building and maintaining Power BI dashboards
Analytical aptitude with an attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communications kills is a must
Ability to derive insights from datasets and translate them into actionable recommendations
