Seeking experienced seasonal (full and part-time) Tax Professionals to join our team of professionals serving clients with diverse tax needs for the upcoming tax season.

Tax Professional responsibilities include:

• Providing tax preparation during real-time, face-to face interviews, tax audit support and tax planning.
• Building year round client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and anticipating customer needs.
• Researching tax related questions and issues, and responding to clients appropriately in a timely manner.
• Presenting the Company's value proposition to clients concerning various company products and services.
• Handling customer questions, complaints, and product and service inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism.
• Considering the impact of all decisions/actions on the customer.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience completing individual tax returns
• Ability to effectively communicate in person and in writing
• Demonstrated experience in Active Listening and Critical Thinking
• Experience in providing exceptional customer service
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Successful completion of the Jackson Hewitt Tax Knowledge Assessment or equivalent.
• Must complete 18-hour continuing education requirement and meet all other IRS and applicable state requirements.

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Experience completing complex individual tax returns
• Enrolled Agent certification (Circular 230 designation) is a plus
