Job Description:
Responsible for:
- Ordering material / parts for the Chelsea Proving Grounds
- Generating orders using PSAP, ODIMS, JTETSO, MOPAR and other systems to procure Production Parts, Non-Production Parts, Tires, Fuels, Oils, Stationary, Tools, Propane, Janitorial Supplies, Uniforms and more
- Maintaining purchasing database Log for all orders
- Following-up on all orders as required
- Keeping current stockroom inventory and ordering system accurate
- processing paperwork and maintain a current system to locate all tires i.e. Production, Prototype, EPA (control tires), etc.
- Using of forklift as necessary
- Being flexible and willing to support other stock members tasks as required to keep operation running smoothly
