Job Description:
High Property Management is seeking a motivated salesperson to join our leasing team as an active leasing agent for all units in Cedar Rapids, Marion, and Tiffin, IA.
Job Duties Include:
- Showing & leasing residential apartment units
- Processing applications
- Marketing available units
- Property inspections and weekly/monthly reporting
Requirements:
- Qualified candidates must have an associate degree and at least 2 years of property management experience or outside sales experience.
- Possess advanced computer proficiency, be digitally fluent, and be self-motivated.
- Evening and weekend hours are sometimes required.
- Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Applicant will undergo a background verification.
Benefits/Wage:
- Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401K Match, and paid holidays.
- This position starts at $18.00 an hour plus commission per sale (based on qualified experience).
