Job Description:

LocaliQ is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager for our Executive Accounts, Client Success group. The role will lead a team of experts responsible for delivering smart, innovative and performance-driven digital campaigns for our largest clients.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years experience managing a growing team and 10+ years in digital marketing spanning PPC, CTV, Display, Video and campaign execution (including tagging and trafficking). You will manage, motivate and coach a team of Customer Success Managers and Campaign Managers and are ultimately responsible for campaign fulfillment and success.

You will partner closely sales and multiple other internal teams to manage work flow and grow the client relationship. You will connect the dots between high level strategy and how to best deliver it via tactical Paid Search/Social channel plan recommendations.

You are also expected to provide thought leadership to your clients and maintain a high-level knowledge of your clients' line of business by staying on top of industry trends.

About Your Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate a strong relationship with your clients by providing strategic business support, going above and beyond the day-to-day campaign delivery, to show case our partnership


  • Deliver on campaign excellence across the pods you manage (including flawless launches, delivering in full and hitting campaign KPIs)


  • Thrive in managing up and down. You will be in the weeds to provide audits of campaignswhere performanceneeds a boost, as well as partnering with leadershipto identifyproactive opportunities to support business objectives


  • Design client presentations that clearly communicate the strategy & rationale. Identifyand provide rationale for KPI/measurement identification


  • Help elevate reporting and analysis,so the client feels our expertiseand trusts our recommendations


  • Be comfortable managing multiple stakeholders andvaryingneeds at 1 time


  • Provide trouble shooting support and guidance as your team or campaigns dictate


  • Conduct weekly meetings with those you manage to provide feedback and guidance to help achieveclient objectives,meet team goals, and ensurequality of work


  • Create and roll out processes that will streamline digital execution


  • Ensure tight communication between all internal teams so we have consistent messaging and presence across paid search, organic presence, display, and social media marketing channels


  • Develop and advise on marketing strategies by understanding client expectations, cost of marketing goals, assessing feasibility and identifyingmarketing and advertising opportunities for our clients


  • Develop and refineonboarding, training, and mentoring new hires, as well as keeping the team's skills fresh


  • This role does have a flexible weekend coverage/support requirement


Key Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in the digital space, in an agency environment, or in-house equivalent


  • 10+ years of client service/account management experience


  • Display exceptional written and verbal communication skills and can communicate digital/social concepts


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public relations or related fields, advance degree preferred


  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset; you bring a can-do mentality and can thrive in gray areas


  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously with great precision and accuracy.


  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of SEM, SEO and display, social, email marketing and an understanding of new media consumer behaviors and trends


  • Ability to manage heavy workloads with flexibility to rapidly shift priorities based on organizational needs


  • Creative thinker with strong time management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $68,000 and $100,00.00. Variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, location, and union representation, if applicable.
