Pay: $20.96 starting with room to grow!
Shift: C shift (Day shift) 12 hour 2-2-3 Schedule.
Time: 7AM to 7 PM. Every other weekend off!
Training: must be able to train on Days.
Primary Duties
Inspect sleeves of finished product on assigned machines for product quality to include piece count, inversion, hot stamp, bushings, warpage, color, complete fill, damage, bushing polarity and other miscellaneous cover specifications.
· Interpret and stack parts per the Bill of Materials
· Inform product technician and/or shift manager on repeating machinery and quality problems for correction
· Locate, transport, and place material at each work station as needed; i.e., strapping tape, labels, tier sheets, and slip sheets.
· Complete “We Care” sheets and labels for boxed product.
· Maintain quality standards for all product including documenting reason for off-quality product on reject data sheet, discard off-quality product, and dink and regrind cover/containers as needed.
· Keep work areas clean and orderly following 5S procedures
· Strictly adhere to all plant safety rules
· Take active part in group meetings to maintain safety, quality, and increase productivity and morale
· Perform all other tasks as assigned
