Review and analyze resumes using our in-house ATS software programScour job search websites for potential recruits and contact those candidates personallyIntroduce new hires to the company and walk them through the hiring and training processServe as an employee advocate for new hires as well as established employeesComplete all new-hire paperwork with candidates who meet the expectations of the jobMeet with production managers and ensure production lines are staffed for the next dayEnsure clock in and clock out are accurate and times are submitted promptlyConduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the scheduleAssess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudesOnboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
