The Sales Coordinator provides support to a regional sales team and is customer facing. This position is key in the flow of work information processes for the Sales team and performs in a very fast paced moving environment. Reporting to the Director of Sales Coordination & Commercialization, they will act as the central point of contact for the sales team assigned.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
Demonstrated proficiency with PC and applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Must be detail oriented and have exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills and holding people accountable for project deliverables
2+ years of prior Administrative Experience
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Completing vendor/product information forms
Obtaining product specification sheets/MDS sheets & specs
Navigating ACR systems; S2K, CRM, 1ACR, Celonis, PowerBi
Processing sample requests
Submission of rebates via CRM
Contract/Bid submission
Assist with managing the flow of information pertaining to inventory, gaps and be proactive account problem solving
Backorder communication for strategic and critical accounts
Work collaboratively interdepartmentally
Communicate pricing discrepancies
Spot buy order verification & release
Product recall management
New item set-up submission
Assist with new account set-up management
Stocking agreement and forecast submissions
AR research for deduction purposes
Other duties as assigned.
Compensation Range: $40,500 - $45,000 annually, consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position. ACR reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
