What you Bring:
Education: A high school diploma or something equivalent. A bachelors degree in nursing, healthcare administration, gerontology, psychology, or a related field is often preferred.Experience: Experience in a healthcare or senior living environment, with a focus on memory care.Compassion and Empathy: Compassion and empathy are essential qualities for understanding and responding to the emotional and behavioral needs of memory care residents.Excellent communication skills: Characterized by empathy, clarity, and sensitivity, are a cornerstone requirement.
