This Forbes 4-Star hotel has over 500 rooms, 60,000 square of feet of banquet space, and 4 food and beverage outlets. This includes 2 restaurants, a lounge, and in-room dining.
Classification: Full-Time
Shift: Various - must be available to weekdays, overnight, weekends, and holidays.
Pay Rate: The pay range for this role is $26.49 - $33.11 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
Union Position: This position is part of the Local Union which requires complete open availability . We arenot able to accommodate schedule restrictions and full-time hours are not guaranteed. Hours and schedule are based on seniority and business needs and may be minimal at times until seniority is established . You must be comfortable with a schedule and hours that may vary from week to week.

As a Guest Services Agent, you would be responsible for greeting and registering guests and checking guests out of the hotel in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
