Purpose of Job: Fully executes all CDA elements, builds and maintains professional relationships with all customers, provides training, as needed, for new hires, and maintains PBV merchandising standards.
Job Duties:
Rotates and Merchandises product on gondolas, racks, coolers and displays
Performs one-on-one selling with store owner/manager, including retail negotiating.
Cleans and maintains shelves, gondola, coolers, and back room space.
Performs proper product ordering to ensure zero out-of-stocks.
Creates and utilizes point of sale signage.
Executes all CDA elements.
Communicates issues with Pre-Sell Manager and Key Account Manager.
Follows company rules and regulations.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or GED.
Valid Driver’s License.
One (1) year of experience in route sales preferred.
Positive attitude and must be detail-oriented.
Perform basic financial calculations, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Oral and written communication skills.
Work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
Self-starter with excellent follow-up skills.
Work in a team environment.
Meet PBV driving qualifications.
Work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.
Must be able to speak, read, and write English proficiently.
Physical Requirements:
Constantly (67%-100%) required to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and push/pull 300 – 2400 pound pallets with the assistance of a pallet jack.
Frequently (34%-66%) required to walk.
Occasionally (0%-33%) required to climb and sit.
