Job Overview:

As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in helping us build a strong and diverse workforce. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, source candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the end-to-end hiring process. Your goal is to attract top talent, create positive candidate experiences, and contribute to our company's growth by ensuring that we hire the best people.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Job Posting & Sourcing:

    • Develop job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers and post on relevant job boards and social media platforms.

    • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.

    • Utilize modern recruiting techniques (e.g., Boolean search, headhunting, etc.) to identify high-quality candidates.




  • Screening & Interviews:

    • Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and assess applicants for fit, skills, and experience.

    • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

    • Ensure candidates are well-prepared for interviews and provide them with information about the company culture and job expectations.




  • Candidate Experience & Communication:

    • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to keep them informed and engaged.

    • Provide timely feedback to candidates and guide them through next steps.




  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

    • Partner with hiring managers to understand the hiring needs, team dynamics, and job specifications for each role.

    • Offer guidance on market trends, compensation packages, and hiring strategies.

    • Advise on candidate selection and ensure that hiring decisions align with organizational goals and values.




  • Offer Management & Negotiation:

    • Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate salary and benefits as necessary.

    • Assist with the onboarding process to ensure smooth transition for new hires.




  • Data Management & Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

    • Track key metrics, such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate quality.

    • Provide regular recruitment reports and insights to HR leadership and hiring managers.




  • Employer Branding:

    • Contribute to enhancing the company's employer brand through positive candidate experiences and engagement.

    • Represent the organization at career fairs, networking events, and online platforms to promote job opportunities.




  • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI):

    • Advocate for diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process by sourcing and considering candidates from diverse backgrounds.

    • Support the organization's DEI goals by ensuring fair and unbiased hiring practices.
