As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in helping us build a strong and diverse workforce. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, source candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the end-to-end hiring process. Your goal is to attract top talent, create positive candidate experiences, and contribute to our company's growth by ensuring that we hire the best people.
Key Responsibilities:
Job Posting & Sourcing:
Develop job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers and post on relevant job boards and social media platforms.
Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Utilize modern recruiting techniques (e.g., Boolean search, headhunting, etc.) to identify high-quality candidates.
Screening & Interviews:
Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and assess applicants for fit, skills, and experience.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Ensure candidates are well-prepared for interviews and provide them with information about the company culture and job expectations.
Candidate Experience & Communication:
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to keep them informed and engaged.
Provide timely feedback to candidates and guide them through next steps.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
Partner with hiring managers to understand the hiring needs, team dynamics, and job specifications for each role.
Offer guidance on market trends, compensation packages, and hiring strategies.
Advise on candidate selection and ensure that hiring decisions align with organizational goals and values.
Offer Management & Negotiation:
Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate salary and benefits as necessary.
Assist with the onboarding process to ensure smooth transition for new hires.
Data Management & Reporting:
Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Track key metrics, such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate quality.
Provide regular recruitment reports and insights to HR leadership and hiring managers.
Employer Branding:
Contribute to enhancing the company's employer brand through positive candidate experiences and engagement.
Represent the organization at career fairs, networking events, and online platforms to promote job opportunities.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI):
Advocate for diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process by sourcing and considering candidates from diverse backgrounds.
Support the organization's DEI goals by ensuring fair and unbiased hiring practices.
