Fairview Fellowship Home is a Christian-based, non-profit organization, so our primary goal is to put our residents first. We accomplish this task by working hard to create a beautiful facility for residents to live in and choices for them throughout the day. These range from what time to get up, to what they want to eat, to when they would like their bath. By giving residents these choices, we have found that they feel more independent and take ownership in their daily activities.
Our care team plays a crucial role in our residents' lives. The daily interactions between our residents and care staff are intended to create positive results for both the resident and personnel.
