We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Safety Administrator to support our organization's safety initiatives while ensuring compliance with customer requirements. In this role, you will be responsible for the administrative aspects of our safety program, collaborating with various departments to uphold a culture of safety and meet client expectations
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in the organization of safety documentation, including training records, incident reports, and compliance certifications.
Coordinate and schedule safety training sessions for employees, ensuring that all training meets both company and customer standards.
Maintain communication with clients regarding safety compliance and requirements, addressing any concerns or inquiries.
Collaborate with internal teams to help integrate safety practices into operational workflows, ensuring alignment with customer expectations.
Support audit and inspection reporting requirements
Support monitoring and analyze safety performance metrics, preparing reports for management and clients as necessary.
Assist in the development of policies and procedures
Maintain accurate and detailed records of training.
Assign and track safety training for customer specific sites
Prepare regular safety performance reports.
