Summary:

The Sr Project Coordinator, Culture Engagement will play a key part in supporting and coordinating various culture-related initiatives and projects within our organization. Must be passionate about fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

This role will be assigned to a specific business channel, responsible for supporting day-to-day operations, promoting culture initiatives, driving strategy, and performing basic administrative tasks. Will have a passion for enhancing workplace culture, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Project Coordination:

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of culture-related projects and initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders from different departments to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish timelines.

Promoting Culture Initiatives:

  • Actively promote and advocate for culture initiatives, programs, and events to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement.

  • Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of culture initiatives with organizational goals and values.

Event Planning and Execution:

  • Coordinate logistics for culture events, including venue selection, catering, equipment setup, and attendee management. Be present at off-site meetings & events before, during, and after to ensure all aspects of the meeting or event are carried out successfully.

  • Assist in the development of event agendas, presentations, and promotional materials.

Employee Engagement and Morale Programs:

  • Support the implementation of employee engagement programs, such as recognition initiatives, team-building activities, and wellness programs.

  • Assist in collecting feedback and evaluating the effectiveness of engagement initiatives.

Communication and Promotion:

  • Assist in the development and distribution of internal communications related to culture initiatives, events, and programs.

  • Promote culture initiatives through various channels, including email, intranet, social media, and posters.

Must be within commutable distance to a Freedom Mortgage call center office location and must be willing to work in the office regularly to meet business dictated needs.

Must be available to attend off-site events during non-traditional working hours as needed.

Some overnight travel may be required.

Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field preferred.

  • Previous experience (2-5 years) in project coordination, event planning, or organizational culture preferred.
