SUMMARY:







Under direction of CXO and in partnership with Revenue Executives and CIO; responsible for ensuring proper direction, alignment technology investments, and accountability measures are in place for realization of all sales-related priorities.







ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Ensure accountability and required activities for all Sales focused initiatives, provide direct and targeted strategic input and consultative guidance

  • Ensure execution of Kway account strategy platforms (Account Review, Opportunity Pipeline Review and Account Strategy Deep Dive) firmwide; identify areas of noncompliance and diagnosis misdirection in partnership with RSVPs and Vertical VP's

  • Incorporate KWay accountability measures to firm's accountability framework, including Leadership Playbook, IPOAs, deep dives and adoption reporting

  • Represent Revenue Executives and Chief Experience Officer within integrated strategy sales workstream

  • Assist on special projects and initiatives as prioritized by Sales Leaders and Revenue Executives

  • Ensure proper sales engagement technology and platform development are utilized to address firm strategy

  • Function as lead conduit between Revenue Executives, CXO and IT leadership and ITEDS

  • Drive end-to-end lifecycle for new sales related technologies

  • Conduct discovery, provide education and evaluate new sales engagement technologies

  • Partner with Sales Enablement for discovery and evaluation of sales enabling technologies

  • Facilitate investment decisions

  • Ensure proper implementation of new or updated technologies

  • Design and ensure realization of sustainability framework

  • Maximize investment in current tools (inclusive of Dynamics)

  • Drive prioritization, requirement gathering and utilization

  • Responsible for establishing the firm's prioritization and investment posture for:


    • Data-driven pursuits

    • Lead/account matching & automation, account-based marketing, contact & buyer intent data and seller workflow automation

    • Client engagement and outreach

    • Conversational intelligence, sales engagement applications, digital sales rooms, seller workflow automation & AI, leader coaching and analytics

    • Track metrics and create reports for senior leadership regarding KWay accountability


  • Develop consistent policies, procedures and operating model to ensure consistent and satisfactory experience from sales partners.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:



  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field and 7+ years of commercial B2B sales.

  • 3+ years of project management experience preferred.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.



We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
