Kforce has a client in Seattle, WA that is seeking a Senior Personalization Manager who will lead the development, execution, and optimization of our bank's digital personalization strategy across multiple client touchpoints, including our public website, online banking, mobile app, and other client-facing applications. The Senior Personalization Manager will work closely with data analytics, marketing, product, and technology teams to leverage customer data and insights to deliver personalized content, offers, and recommendations in real-time. Candidates can only sit in: Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, New Mexico, and Texas.
Responsibilities:
Lead the personalization strategy across digital channels, ensuring seamless, data-driven experiences for all customer segments
Oversee the implementation and optimization of customer data platforms (CDPs), tag management solutions, and analytics tools to enhance the effectiveness of personalized interactions
Collaborate with marketing, product, and UX teams to design and deliver personalized campaigns that align with business goals and improve key performance metrics
Analyze customer behavior, segmentation, and lifecycle data to identify opportunities for personalization, including predictive modeling, customer journeys, and real-time decisioning
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, including managing identity and privacy concerns related to data collection and usage
Present key insights, business cases, and recommendations to senior leadership, helping to guide strategic decisions related to personalization initiatives
Manage and mentor a team of analysts and technical experts to execute the personalization roadmap, while fostering a data-driven culture across the organization
Stay ahead of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in personalization, digital analytics, and data science
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Mathematics, or a technical discipline
5+ years of experience in data, measurement, and analytics with a focus on digital experiences or applications
5+ years of experience working with marketing, media, and performance data/analytics
3+ years of experience implementing and customizing digital analytics, CDPs, or tag management solutions
Preferred:
3+ years of experience with Tealium
3+ years of experience with Heap
Experience with other CDP platforms like Segment, Salesforce, or mParticle
Proven ability to create and present value case analyses or business plans to senior-level stakeholders
Experience managing a team responsible for running data and analytics programs, with a focus on performance and continuous improvement
Strong technical understanding of data collection, integration techniques, and deployment of analytics platforms (Adobe, Salesforce, Google, etc.)
Expertise in identity and privacy standards related to data collection and analysis
Experience deploying cloud analytics solutions and customer data platforms (Tealium, Segment, Reltio, etc.)
Proficiency in programming languages for data science (e.g., Python, R), as well as advanced analytics tools like SQL, SAS, Excel
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Looker) and advancing data storytelling through reports and dashboards
Knowledge of omni-channel analytics in transactional environments such as retail, consumer banking, or hospitality
Expertise in custom attribution modeling and analyzing cross-channel marketing effectiveness

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
