Our client, a well-known professional services company, is looking for a direct hire Compensation Manager to join the Human Resources team!
About the Job:
Serve as the sole-compensation team member, collaborating closely with the Human Resources team and internal stakeholders.
Manage all daily functions of compensation operations, administering all processes through Workday.
Conduct job and equity analysis, evaluate current positions and research market pricing.
Develop total rewards programs including, but not limited to, merit and sales incentive programs.
Provide strategic insights and guidance on ways to improve efficiency within compensation plans.
Prepare compensation models within Workday.
Utilize data analysis to prepare reports in support of proposed strategies and initiatives.
About You:
5+ years of human resources and compensation experience required, preferably in a sales-driven environment.
A bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, is required.
In-depth experience with Workday and Microsoft Excel are required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
About the Position:
$140K-$150K, depending on experience.
Bonus eligible with a comprehensive benefits package.
On-site 4x/week in Arlington, VA.
