Job Description:

Our client, a well-known professional services company, is looking for a direct hire Compensation Manager to join the Human Resources team!


About the Job:

• Serve as the sole-compensation team member, collaborating closely with the Human Resources team and internal stakeholders.


• Manage all daily functions of compensation operations, administering all processes through Workday.


• Conduct job and equity analysis, evaluate current positions and research market pricing.


• Develop total rewards programs including, but not limited to, merit and sales incentive programs.


• Provide strategic insights and guidance on ways to improve efficiency within compensation plans.


• Prepare compensation models within Workday.


• Utilize data analysis to prepare reports in support of proposed strategies and initiatives.

About You:

• 5+ years of human resources and compensation experience required, preferably in a sales-driven environment.


• A bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, is required.


• In-depth experience with Workday and Microsoft Excel are required.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

About the Position:

• $140K-$150K, depending on experience.


• Bonus eligible with a comprehensive benefits package.


• On-site 4x/week in Arlington, VA.
