Beacon Hill is partnering with a leading personal injury law firm in their search for a Litigation Attorney to join their team in Des Plaines, IL.




The ideal candidate will have:

• 1+ year(s) of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury law


• Strong organizational and communication skills


• A passion for litigation (open to newly licensed attorneys)


• A starting base salary of $80,000 (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities include:

• Representing clients in personal injury cases


• Conducting case investigations and developing strategies


• Drafting and filing legal documents


• Preparing and presenting cases in court


• Negotiating settlements


• Maintaining regular client communication
