Key responsibilities include international and domestic travel for recruitment, reviewing applications, evaluating transcripts, engaging with prospective students through various communication channels, and supporting recruitment events. Conduct international and domestic travel to recruit prospective international students and represent the university at various events and fairs.
Review and evaluate applications from international students, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Assess and evaluate international transcripts for admission eligibility and academic placement.
Develop and implement effective communication and engagement strategies to attract and engage prospective students and their families.
Support and participate in recruitment events, both in-person and virtual, to promote the university and its programs.
Establish and maintain strong partnerships with international schools, education agents, and counselors to support recruitment efforts and foster relationships.
Monitor and manage inquiries and applications through digital recruitment platforms, ensuring timely responses and follow-up.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Master's degree preferred
Qualifications:
Minimum three to five years of experience in admissions and recruitment, preferably with international students
Valid Driver's License
Valid US Passport
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Comfortable presenting in front of large and small groups
Experienced in synthesizing and sharing admissions data with key university stakeholders
Skilled in the use of admissions CRM platforms, Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel and Outlook
Comfortable with international travel
Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations and a commitment to diversity and inclusion
