Become a part of the team as an ABA Technician in the ABA Program at Behavioral Health Network!
The ABA programs at Behavioral Health Network are intensive and flexible services that works with children and families to address and support behavioral health challenges. Services include Problem Behavior Reduction, Skill Development, Family Consultation and Training, in any setting where the youth live or attends school.
Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support the ABA program with the following:
Providing 1:1 direct teaching to enrolled children and youth based on principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
Implementing behavior plans prepared and maintained by the supervising behavioral professional (e.g., BCBA)
Modeling implementation of behavior strategies for parent/caregiver of enrolled youth
Monitoring progress on behavior plan implementation and reports back on progress to the Behavior Analyst.
Maintaining contact as needed with other behavioral health service providers (ICC, IHT, or Outpatient Therapy) regarding the youth's progress.
Participating as needed in Care Planning Team (CPT) meetings for youth enrolled in ICC and also works with any behavioral health provider involved with the child in order to support the goals of the service.
Providing daily documentation of their interactions with the individual served specific to the goal area(s) and all contacts with other providers.

What are we looking for in an ABA Technician?
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's Degree and one (1) year experience working with youth and families who require behavior management to address mental health needs.
OR an Associate's degree and minimum of two (2) years of relevant direct service experience working with youth and families who require behavior management to address mental health needs.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of behavior analysis, behavior planning, and implementation of behavior plans .
Ability to create and implement strategies to facilitate achievement of behavioral interventions.
Must be over the age of 21.
Must have a valid driver's license with a verified clean driving record.
Must have a reliable vehicle available for all working hours.
