Job Title: Procurement Process Manager


Location: ADS Headquarters (Virginia Beach, VA) - Not Remote

As a Procurement Process Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving these efforts at ADS.


RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Serves as master architect of supplier account solutions, including adjudicating whether issues can be solved locally or further escalated, acting as chief liaison between assigned accounts and internal stakeholders, and managing a team of two staff to ensure optimal order fulfillment techniques are consistently utilized and continuously improved upon

  • Performs/oversees daily management and automation of clerical transactions

  • Tracks performance of accounts and team members to identify trends, risks, and issues and make relevant recommendations for improvement

  • Ensures legal compliance in all activities daily

  • Assesses demand, designs account-specific fulfillment methods, and tracks fulfillment through delivery

  • Utilizes workflow methodology to ensure appropriate fulfillment techniques (e.g., compliance, ISO, finance) are consistently adhered to/utilized

  • Monitors procurement orders and ensures proper deliveries are met in alignment with customer expectations

  • Proactively advises leadership on/recommends business process improvements and optimizations (e.g., workflow edits)

  • Manages end-to-end customer procurement experience of assigned accounts (~ 1k accounts)

  • Responsible for completing and maintaining fully auditable records of procurement demand and delivery to Government entities

  • Works closely with other ADS departments to ensure proper account accommodations and internal fiduciary responsibilities are met

  • Advises sales on fulfillment process issues and generates action plans to rectify

  • Facilitates resolutions efficiently to keep order lifecycle acceptable

  • Ability to effectively leverage, synthesize, and draw conclusions from data from multiple sources (i.e., Email, API, EDI, SQL, etc.)


QUALIFICATIONS



  • Ability to effectively prioritize in a high-volume, multi-tasking environment

  • Ability to learn and leverage the program’s Alteryx and Power BI (prior experience preferred)

  • Superior attention to detail, results-driven, self-starter with excellent communication, and organizational skills.

  • Highly experience in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)

  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects simultaneously

  • Highly self-motivated
